We want every homeowner who reaches Financearrest Tree Service to get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Know this, though: Financearrest Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make choices for a provider.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually happens within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help.
