How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent tree provider in our network. Financearrest Tree Service makes the introduction. The provider does the work and gives you the quote.

We do not have a crew of our own. We do not send anyone to your door.

What Happens After You Reach Out

First, you share a few facts. Where is the tree? What do you see? Is anything close to it, like a roof, a wire or a fence?

Next, a provider in our network gets your request. The provider contacts you to talk details. Many set up a visit to look at the tree in person.

After the visit, you get a written quote. Then you decide.

What to Ask a Provider

A few good questions can save you trouble:

  • Can I see proof of license and insurance?
  • What exactly is in the quote? Cutting, hauling, cleanup?
  • Is stump grinding included, or priced apart?
  • How will you protect my roof, fence and lawn?
  • What happens if the weather delays the job?
  • Can you help document damage if I plan to file a claim?

Some policies may cover sudden damage. Check your policy and ask your insurer.

Know the Words

Stump grinding means a machine chews the stump below ground. Storm tree clearance means removing fallen trees and limbs after bad weather. Tree falling service means cutting a tree down in a safe, planned way.

You Are in Control

You can ask questions. You can compare quotes. You can say no. There is no obligation when you request an estimate.

If a tree has already fallen or is about to, say so right away. Providers can then sort out what needs attention first.
